Reading Room Update:

December 10, 2024

The Schlesinger Library Reading Room is open Monday–Friday from 10:00am to 4:45pm, with the building closing to researchers at 5:00pm. Please review current access policies.

Please note: The Schlesinger Library is closed for the Winter Break after Friday, December 20, 2024. The Reading Room will reopen with regular hours starting January 2, 2025.

We welcome you to continue submitting your questions between now and January 2, but please know that staff are not monitoring or responding to the Ask a Schlesinger Librarian queue during the break. All questions are answered in the order received.

We look forward to assisting you with your research in the new year!

Please note: While masks are not required in the Reading Room, we have a supply of masks available in the Reading Room for anyone interested. For assistance, please ask at the desk.
